Fixed card trading bug in MP
Fixed attacking Bug in MP
Reverted auto advance to Attack phase after troops are all placed. Auto Advance made it so you couldnt trade in cards if you placed troops first.
Fixed some broken logic involving Fog games and it declaring players defeated when hidden behind fog.
