Shinjo's ex-wife. She married Shinjo, and together they had a daughter, Serina. However, after the release of his debut title White Crash, Shinjo grew increasingly anxious about his inability to produce another hit.
As he devoted more and more time to his work and rarely came home, Mao finally lost patience and asked for a divorce.
After the divorce, Serina has been living with Mao, but she still hopes Shinjo will come and see their daughter from time to time.
