【Important Notice】 Clarification on the Aug 25 Beer Festival Wheel Event

Dear Little Angels,

Regarding players who exploited a game vulnerability to abnormally obtain "Upgrade Coins" between today's server launch and the emergency maintenance, the operations team has completed all appropriate disciplinary actions immediately. Please rest assured.

Furthermore, concerning reports from some players about malicious actors obtaining large quantities of Upgrade Coins, a thorough investigation of our backend data confirms that no such anomaly occurred. The wheel reward announcements broadcasted in-game were normal notifications generated by players who purchased "Beer Festival Silver Coins" at the Angel Mall to participate in the draw, not obtained via any exploit. We hereby clarify this matter.

We fully understand that this incident has raised safety concerns regarding the game mechanics of Angels Online Global. We have conducted a deep internal review and will dedicate all efforts to preventing similar issues in the future while strictly maintaining a fair and balanced gaming environment.
