Added an arrow at the goal location to make it easier to identify
Added new sneeze variations and an option to disable sneezing
Note: Disabling sneezing only mutes the sound. The salmon will still bounce.
Adjusted the respawn time of the blue freshness-recovery orbs to 2 seconds
