Here's some information about how Season 3 will work for you on Steam, and how you can continue playing your saved games.
Being a DIK - Season 3 has its own executable file, which means that booting the game up will be a bit different this time around.
After you click the Play button from your Steam library, you get to choose which game to start.
If you have purchased Season 3, you will see one option for Seasons 1 & 2 and one option for Season 3.
Select the Season you wish to play from there and click "Play".
To continue playing the Season 3 DLC, you need a save file from the end of Episode 8 in Season 2.
At the end of Episode 8 in Season 2, you must save your game in the Save transfer interface that looks like this:
The save files you save from this interface will be available to you when you boot up Season 3.
If you have saved your game correctly in Season 2, your save files will pop up in the "Import" menu in Season 3.
To import a save file from Season 2, first click the "Import" button from the main menu of Being a DIK - Season 3.
Do not confuse the Import button with the Continue button.
The Import button is for importing saves from Season 2, and the Continue button is for continuing a save from within Season 3.
Your saves from Season 2 should appear after you have clicked Import.
Click the one you wish to continue playing and you're off to enjoy Season 3.
Note that you can't just jump into Season 3 without having a save file from the end of Season 2, and you need Seasons 1 & 2 to play Season 3.
Being a DIK: Season 3 - 4K Resolution Mode is an optional DLC included with your Being a DIK - Season 3 purchase that you can download from the "Properties > DLC" tab.
While you get the best benefits of this DLC while playing on a 4K monitor, the art will autoscale and look prettier even on a lower-resolution monitor.
After you have downloaded the DLC from the DLC tab in your Steam library, you can enable the mode from the Settings menu in the game like this:
When you change resolutions, you must reboot the game.
And then you can enjoy the entire Season 3 in 4K.
So, get those save files in order and prepare for the release on September 1, 2026. ːbadik_sageː
