BALANCE
Exclamations can now be forged in store.
Exclamations can now be upgraded by modifiers and passives.
Commutation Seal now makes swap free instead of refunding.
Modifiers that activate from ability casts no longer trigger from free abilities.
Felix Clone with talent now overrides tiles from the word so that your cast always creates the wanted tiles.
