Toxic Yuri reached over 9000 wishlists this week! I mean, if we waited a day we could make a 10k announcement, but we thought this was a much better milestone.
Considering that our previous game Winter Heat (now on sale in the Fall in Love VN Fest, by the way!) launched with only 1200 wishlists, this is a completely different world, and we're kind of overwhelmed by the response. We never thought in our wildest dreams that people would be THIS hyped by Doku-chan and her poisonous antics!
Thank you for the wishlists, and thank you for sharing the game with your friends, family, rivals, and rivals-to-situationships. We're putting the finishing touches on what we hope is one of the craziest visual novels you'll ever play.
ALSO NOTE: You might have noticed the release date keeps getting pushed back. We originally wanted to release in July, but after the explosion of popularity, we expanded the game quite a bit more, and pushed it to the end of August. But Steam still hasn't approved our game for release--games with a lot of mature content often take much longer for their internal review--so our final date keeps getting pushed back. Right now, it's set for 9/18, but once we have a 100% final release date, we'll make a special release announcement post.
