Before a big fixture, a consultant may want a word. What happens next is up to you:
Every fix leaves fingerprints. Investigations open, hearings get scheduled, and the panel has watched all the tapes. At the hearing you choose: say nothing, deny everything, or name the man — denial raises the stakes if they find you guilty anyway; confession buys leniency and burns the fixer's network.
The punishments are real: fines, suspensions you actually serve (the matchday passes without you), demotion — an elite referee can be stripped of FA status and sent down — and at the bottom of the ladder, expulsion. Career over. Permanently. Accepting a bribe in the Sunday League, where you have nothing left to lose but the badge itself, is the most dangerous deal in the game.

On co-op career nights the deal stays live — but three humans are watching every call. Any crew member can anonymously report the officiating after the match. Report a fixed match and the finding is no longer a dice roll; when the verdict lands, everyone who worked the fixture carries the stain — except those who reported it. The centre keeps every penny. The crew keeps the record. Choose your ref carefully.
