"Main Storyline" Quests Completed: Try to survive for a year with a deadly disease, search for a way to save yourself, forge alliances, build your own base, and progress through a city that changes based on your choices—whether good or bad.

Weapons: New weapons, each featuring unique characteristics and sound effects.

Helicopters and Drones: Certain factions can now deploy drones and helicopters against you.

"One Life" and "Unlimited Lives" Modes: Complete the main storyline to take on the "One Life" mode, or enjoy the "Unlimited Lives" mode to make new choices without worrying about permanent death (permadeath).
