We’ve got a bundle of ✨ updates ✨ to share about Kioku: Last Summer!
The Kioku: Last Summer demo has been updated!
Added swing set and fixed incorrect swinging techniques
Game icon should now display correctly
All petting of dogs and cats should now be implemented and working correctly
Player movement adjusted for interacting with objects
Player movement related softlocks fixed
Correct language should now appear according to selected language
Input prompts should now display correct icon according to input device
Saving should now work correctly without being able to be interrupted by input
If you’ve already played it, it’s worth jumping back in. If you haven’t yet - this is the perfect time to take your first trip to the island and get a taste of what’s coming.

We’re also excited to share that Kioku: Last Summer is being published by Assemble Entertainment, together with the wonderful team at Lugn Games. That means more support on the road to release - while we can keep focusing on what matters most: making Kioku feel warm, nostalgic, and full of little surprises.
Kioku: Last Summer is a cozy, story-driven 3D adventure set on a hand-crafted island blending Scandinavian and Japanese influences. Explore at your own pace, make friends, uncover hidden secrets, and dive into collectible-focused mini-games like Marubi (monster marbles!) and crab fishing.
