
Wrist Toolbar Customization:
You can now customize the buttons that show up on the wrist toolbar. This is in a very simple state for now, but will be expanded in the future. You can customize this at Settings / Wrist, and scroll down.
Built in Web Browser:
By default, the web browser now lives where the grid button did on the toolbar. You may opt to disable the web browser and re-enable the grid button as per the toolbar customization.
Cursor Smoothing:
Cursor smoothing has yet again been tweaked. This should feel much more responsive when moving quickly, but better smoothed when moving slowly. This is a trial at a middle ground between the new and old smoothing behaviors.
Removed Keyboard Speech Language dropdown, as the auto detection works well without it.
Added HMD battery life to OSC parameter outputs as `hmdBattery`
General optimizations to texture life cycle handling.
Fixed an issue that caused the cursor smoothing slider to not do anything.
Fixed an issue that caused a regression in how layouts were loaded, resulting in windows being dropped.
Fixed an issue that would prevent the desktop positioning of windows from being restored properly when loading a layout that had a window saved that was positioned with Powertoys.
Fixed an issue that could cause settings to be corrupt by .NET runtime.
Fixed an issue that would cause the Hardware Monitor to not report information about the GPU / CPU.
Fixed an issue with OpenXR applications or OpenVR applications running in Uncalibrated Playspace mode that prevented interaction with overlays.
Tentatively fixed an issue that could cause stuttering when typing on the keyboard, resulting in multiple presses.
