Updated a few UI related things and improved UI scaling.
Improved butterfly spawn rates
Implemented several optimistic loads for certain actions, the UI should respond quicker in more areas.
Implemented some UI changes and improvements to the Garden Flower tooltip.
Fixed a bug with the Captains ship barter item slots.
Fixed a bug with the care stats displays when using care items on Blubbies.
