Hello, survivors!
Thank you all for your continued feedback and suggestions. Today's update introduces a new daily challenge—sporadic zombie harassment—and focuses on optimizing crafting stations, inventory operations, and a batch of interface display experiences. Details are as follows:
Version: 1.0.15369
Trap Hunting Optimization: At the Warehouse Manager's Home, the Warehouse and Outdoor areas now have trap prey distribution that is closer to real ecology, making it easier to get results, and the appearance rate of rare prey has also been improved.
Heating Task Optimization: The heating equipment crafting task requirements for all three characters have been unified to "having a heating method"—having any electric heater, fireplace, or Air Conditioning installed at Home will complete the task.
Promise Task Fix: Fixed issues where ending promise task prompts were sometimes unclickable, couldn't be dismissed, or promise notifications wouldn't appear.
New Sporadic Zombies: After the disaster, as time passes, sporadic zombies may occasionally wander around and might randomly attack the Front Door.
Message Bubble Fix: Fixed an issue where some message bubbles would remain stuck on "Task in Progress" after making a choice.
Planning Card Fix: Fixed the issue where consumable planning cards were being processed multiple times, causing abnormal Morale increases.
Food Post Optimization: Added a time limit to the image upload feature for food posts, so they no longer stay permanently in the group chat.
Audio Adjustment: Removed the tinnitus sound effect from Night events in Endless Mode.
Carry Weight Display Standardization: Unified the carry weight display logic across various interfaces including backpack and crafting table, fixing display errors caused by acquired abilities in some interfaces (actual carrying capacity remains unchanged). Also fixed the issue where items couldn't be transferred with one click even when the backpack wasn't full in certain situations.
New Drop Shortcut: In the backpack, hover your mouse over an item and press Q to drop that item directly to the ground. This key binding can be modified in settings.
New Crafting Preview: When materials on the crafting table are sufficient for a recipe, the item to be crafted will be displayed in advance.
Continuous Crafting Optimization: After collecting finished products from the crafting table, the interface no longer jumps back to the inventory page, making continuous crafting smoother.
Zombie Horde Notification Fix: Status notifications when zombie hordes retreat no longer display wave numbers that could cause confusion.
Interface Smoothness Optimization: [Interface Lag Optimization] is now enabled by default and no longer requires manual configuration.
Display Mode Optimization: Fullscreen mode has been adjusted to borderless fullscreen for smoother and more stable window switching.
Ability Point Allocation Fix: Fixed the issue where previously learned abilities couldn't be upgraded in certain situations when entering the ability point allocation page after ending rebirth.
Rebirth Note Protection: Fixed the issue where rebirth notes could disappear when the starting backpack couldn't accommodate them. Notes that don't fit will now drop at your feet.
Story Illustration Update: Redrawn and added numerous event illustrations for the warehouse manager storyline.
Icon Optimization: Redesigned the Molotov cocktail icon to make it easier to distinguish from alcohol items.
Environmental Audio Optimization: Fixed the issue where environmental audio was too loud in the Warehouse Manager's Home.
Stability Enhancement: Enhanced the stability of the Cookbook and certain interfaces during opening and closing processes, reducing rare crashes.
Furniture Rename: [Heating Equipment] has been renamed to [Electric Heater] to match its actual appearance and avoid confusion.
Unified ending names: The [Lying Flat] endings for all three characters have been renamed to [Survival: Last One Standing].
Description Correction: Fixed the item description for [Vine] to match its actual effects.
Text & Translation Optimization: Fixed translation and text issues in some group chats and text messages.
