Added a new UI to Rainwater Collectors.
Water collected during toxic rain is now contaminated.
Coal Powder can be added to a Rainwater Collector to purify contaminated water.

Slightly increased the amount of compacted dirt found underground.
Eating a vegetable now has a 30% chance of returning a seed.
Fixed an issue that caused the Research Table to stop working after the previous update.
