Added a couple of small script efficiency updates.

I'm getting reports that some users are seeing much worse performance with the update to DX12 being default instead of DX11.

You can circumvent most of these issues by adding the following text to the Launch Options.

Access this by opening the context menu in Steam -> Properties -> General

Then enter the following in the Launch Options field:

-force-d3d11

This will force the engine to fallback to DX11.

I will be looking into adding the ability to do this through settings, but currently this will hopefully address the issues on affected systems.
