Just a small hotfix to solve some crash-on-start issues, especially for users that had non-English characters in their Windows username.
Fixes:
- Fixed a crash on systems where the Windows username contained a UTF8 character
- Added an error dialog if OpenGL fails to initialize, rather than just crashing with no indication of what happened.
