September has hit, and as we near the Season 7.1 update, we wanted to let you know some of what’s coming for this most recent update on September 8th at 10am ET and for the rest of the year in The Outlast Trials!

This update will feature 2 new MK-Challenges and a new Limited-Time Event: Chemical Leak.

Starting September 8 with the Season 7.1 update mod support is no longer available. While we recognize that mods can offer useful customization, some can provide gameplay advantages or alter the game in unintended ways. To maintain a fair and consistent experience for everyone across all game modes, mods are no longer supported.We’ve added several new options to the Settings menu, including quality of life features that were previously available through mods. These are now built directly into the game and available to everyone:
Field of View – Slider
Camera Shake – Slider
Motion Blur – On / Off
Film Grain – On / Off
Chromatic Aberration – On / Off
Lens Flares – On / Off
Vignette – On / Off
Bloom – On / Off
Startup videos – On / Off
Toggle HUD Display – On / Off
We will be opening a new general feedback form to continue to monitor our Reagents quality of life and see what other features we can try to add in-game!
