CHANGELIST:
- Added new Graffitti textures.
- Added new music track variants for Day & Night.
- Added reward location marker for reward & handcuffs in Prison.
- Greatly reduced the Stamina cost of using the Pen and Magnifying Glass.
- Fixed a softlock happening when entering the phone shortly before a cintematic sequence launches.
- Fixed Traffic near the Gas Station - no more hitting the light pole.
- Fixed Gun Ban indicator icon disappearing after save/load.
- Fixed Fixed Ticket Book spawning crumpled paper on minigame exit (should only on minigame fail).
- Fixed some issues with Citizens being stuck at the Station Door.
- Some stability and optimization fixes.
