The Pinly demo is live, and we're part of Steam Pins & Pegs Fest!
From August 17 to 20, Steam is celebrating games built around ricochets, bounces, and physics, and Pinly is in the lineup. There's no better time to try it.
What is Pinly?
Pinly is a roguelike castle defense game built on a Plinko board, where the weapons and armor you equip physically become the pegs and goal zones the ball bounces through. Drag a weapon onto the board and it fires when the ball hits it. Your armor decides what the five goal zones at the bottom do. So building a loadout and building the level are the same action.
A horde arrives every day across a five-day siege. Between waves you buy, upgrade, and sell gear, merging duplicates up through rarity tiers. Then you drop the ball and find out whether what you built holds.
The demo includes:
The first five days of the siege, ending on a boss
40 weapons that unlock as the days progress
Six status effects to build around, from Bleed to Chill and Freeze
The full shop, gear merging, and goal zone systems
Play the free demo now, and if you like it, add Pinly to your wishlist so you don't miss the full release.
See you on the board!
