DayTrade Coach is a one-man passion project. Having worked in financial technology for over a decade, I wanted somewhere to put some of that knowledge to practical use, not an endless subscription or an "I'll make you rich" course, just a place to actually practice.
I've been grinding out patches trying to find a balance between feedback from experienced traders and newcomers alike, plus a stack of quality-of-life improvements. A big push this week has been implementing Coach Mode to help guide users with the strategies and adding drawing features.
Coach Mode (new feature)
Introducing Coach Mode: a new optional helper that walks you through each strategy
"Help me, coach!" button, one-click prompt by the time controls that points you to a strategy when idle, or hunts the next alert while you're practicing
Pre-trade check, a tiny readout of whether the strategy's conditions are currently met on the selected stock
Mistake nudges, warns you when chasing an overstretched entry (2σ+ from VWAP), oversizing, revenge-trading after a loss, or holding into the close

Runs at 5×, 10× speed
Charting & drawing tools (new feature)
Added 1h, 4h, 1d chart timeframes
Expanded price history
Drawing tools: trend lines, rays, horizontal lines
Supply/demand zones, new Zone tool to mark a rectangular area
Crosshair + price tooltip on hover
Chart grab-and-drag, free vertical and horizontal movement; cursor is now a crosshair on chart
Refined zoom, smaller steps (2 candles vs 5), zoom in tighter (down to 10 candles vs 20)
