Hello Agents, First of all – a huge thank you to all the new operatives that have joined us over the past few weeks and shared their thoughts, their praise, and their feedback on KARMA. It brings the Bureau much pleasure to see you all tending to your duties so diligently. Today is a very special day for the team here at Pollard, as we celebrate the Lunar New Year switching to the year of the Fire Horse. We’d like to wish agents the world over all the best and invite you all to celebrate with us wherever you are – and that the rest of the year brings good fortune, reunions and safety for all of you. As an added thank you, we’ve been paying attention to the creator agents out there sharing their virtual photographs, their streams and their theories online, and wanted to spotlight a few of them as a way of saying thanks.
