Changed:

- Changed rotations on cafe counter variations 2 and 3. Placed corner counters of those will need picked up and rotated, other cafe furniture shouldn't need re-placed.

- Balanced cafe furniture prices

Fixed:

- Incorrect material texture for certain counter 2 variations

- Cafe achievements should all now trigger properly
