GUNSMITH SIMULATOR IS NOW READY FOR STEAM DECK AND CONTROLLERS!

Dear Gunsmiths,

We have some great news for you! Gunsmith Simulator has officially received the Steam Deck Verified badge!

This means Steam Deck owners can now take their workshop with them and enjoy Gunsmith Simulator and its DLCs on Steam Deck wherever they go. Disassembling firearms, repairing and modifying them, or testing your work at the shooting range is no longer limited to your desk.

Full controller support

But that’s not all. Many of you have been asking us for the ability to comfortably play Gunsmith Simulator with a controller, so we’ve listened to your feedback and made it happen. As of today, Gunsmith Simulator officially supports controllers!

You can now play using Xbox controllers, PlayStation 5 controllers. We’ve worked hard to make sure that both the workshop and other parts of the game can be comfortably controlled without having to reach for a mouse and keyboard.

Let us know how it feels

During our testing, we didn’t encounter any major issues, so we decided it was time to make controller support available to everyone. However, if you notice any bugs, control issues, or other problems while playing on Steam Deck or using a controller, please let us know.

You can report them on the Gunsmith Simulator Steam forums or on our official Discord server.
Every report helps us continue improving the controls and the overall experience.
