Hello everyone!
Hope you're staying cool in the summer heat -we've got a couple of news updates for you this week as we prep for our upcoming trips abroad for events and of course, launch! Let's get to it!
We've got a new trailer in the works, it's a super secret so don't tell anybody but we think this one will leave you delightfully confused and more than a little unnerved. Want a sneak peek? Go on then :)
As mentioned in the blog title, we have been nominated in the upcoming Japan Horror Awards for best character design! There's a LOT of monstrous designs in the category with more than a little more of a reputation than the humble Hyakume seen in Don't Watch - but you can help tell people you like our creatures by voting at this link - which is open until August 4th! JAPAN AWARDS VOTING FORM Also worth mentioning, our psychological thriller making friends over at Pollard Studio and fellow member of the Wired Publishing Family were also nominated for the best Psychological Horror Award category for KARMA: The Dark World - a game well worth a trip through whilst you wait to see our own nightmares.... And who knows! Maybe we'll see Hyakume again in the future.... The show takes place on September 11th later this year!
On top of all the upcoming reveals and announcements, we also want to spotlight the important people - YOU! Those of you that have been following the BrokenLore series since inception, or joined us for Don't Lie specifically and watched every trailer, played every demo, and beyond. We'll be sharing a bit more behind the scenes in our next blog - but we're in the process of grabbing all the best fan creations, streams, videos and reactions to our trailers and demo's all over the internet to also put a 'thank you' trailer together.
