I know it’s been a minute, but we finally have a new build coming out and I’m really excited for everyone to check it out.
A handful of things have changed in this update. There are quite a few under-the-hood improvements, along with some fixes to multiplayer. This build still does not include the newer levels. We’re going to hold those for the private beta, which will be starting soon. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can do that here in the Discord. We’d love to get as many of you in there as possible.
This build does include language support, which you can find on the settings page. We now support a handful of different languages. This is still an early pass at the translations, so we’ll continue polishing and improving them over time.
We also added a new shareable video clip system at the end of each contract. While you’re mowing, the game captures a time-lapse video, and when you finish the contract you’ll get to watch a little recap of your work. You can also download the video and share it. I’d love to see what folks make with it, so please share your clips!
There are also some updated grass visuals in this build. I’ve been going back and forth on whether I like the base of the grass darker or lighter, and I think I’m liking this new direction a bit more. Definitely let me know what you think.
