-Fixed the garbage bins (now clears at midnight)
-Fixed yellow poles outside of the medium building material factory
-Fixed headlight colors not changing
-Fixed items in vehicle trunks when exporting get sent to green box
-Now saves game when player imports and exports a car
-Now sky sunrise/sunset doesn't turn orange if it is raining
