August has been an absolutely wild and incredibly rewarding month for the team. After months of building, polishing, and testing, Update 1.0 finally went live. A huge milestone for the entire project. Launch week was fast, chaotic, and honestly pretty magical. Within hours, you all were diving into the new content, stress‑testing systems, and sending us a flood of reports, clips, and reactions.
Right on the heels of launch, we pushed out Hotfix 1.0.1 to address the most urgent community reported issues. Your feedback helped us zero in on several bugs and edge cases we couldn’t have caught. We still have a few lingering issues on our radar, and the team is already deep into working on Hotfix 1.0.2, which should clean up some remaining problems and smooth out the overall experience. But the biggest highlight of the month? All the new players. Seeing so many new people jump in and watching returning players share tips, celebrate wins, and welcome newcomers, has been energizing in a way that’s hard to put into words. Watching streams, reading your comments, and seeing people genuinely have fun in the world we’ve built is the kind of thing that keeps us going. We feel genuinely grateful to be able to bring these moments to you. Thank you for playing, thank you for sharing your feedback, and thank you for helping shape what this game is becoming. We’re not slowing down and we can’t wait to talk about what’s next.
Our next priority is getting Hotfix 1.0.2 out. We are hoping to have it ready to release in the next week or two. This should help put the game in a stable place for players while we jump to working on Free play mode.
This Mode gives the host player, whether solo or co‑op server host, a suite of tools to modify the game instance. You’ll be able to customize encounters, tweak mission parameters, and create unique scenarios every time you load in.If you’ve ever wanted more control over the battlefield or wondered how you’d fare against situations you design yourself, this mode is built for you. It’s a sandbox for experimentation, challenge creation, and replayability. We’ll be sharing more details as development progresses and the feature becomes more polished.
We’ve got another Dev Play Day coming up! Join us on September 11th at 2PM PT as we jump into matches with the community. We’ll be hanging out in the official Discord for voice chat and lobby setup, so feel free to drop in. It’s a perfect chance to squad up with other players and create some great co‑op moments.
We’re excited to reveal more as upcoming features take shape and we have additional information to share. There’s a lot ahead, and we can’t wait to bring you along for the journey.
