Demo Update: MIDI Tempo Map, A-B Repeat, and ASIO Support

This update improves MIDI playback, focused repetition, and audio input on Windows, along with several Training Mode and usability improvements.

MIDI Tempo Map Support

Guitar Practice Mate can now follow tempo change events embedded in MIDI files.

• Turn MIDI Tempo Map playback on or off

• Use the tempo slider as a playback-speed multiplier

• Display tempo changes on the score

• Continue using the previous fixed-tempo playback mode

A-B Section Repeat

You can now select start and end positions on the score and repeatedly play the selected section.

Use it to focus on difficult measures and phrases.

Improved ASIO Support on Windows

The Windows version now includes the ASIO-enabled PortAudio component.

Manual placement of libportaudio64bit.dll is no longer required. When using an ASIO-compatible audio interface, install the latest ASIO driver provided by the device manufacturer.

Training Mode Improvements

• Improved detection of repeated notes and short note durations

• Improved handling of multiple notes, string changes, and Let Ring passages

• Added timing-adjustment guidance based on Early and Late results

• Added a playback status indicator

• Improved stability during performance sessions

Custom MIDI and TAB Improvements

• Added MIDI track selection

• Added TAB regeneration when the selected track changes

• Added cache protection for scores edited with TAB Editor

• Improved detection of automatically generated and user-edited scores

Additional Improvements

• Improved MIDI loading and playback stability

• Improved playback control states

• Improved keyboard navigation for menus and toggle controls

• Added access to the official manual from the application menu

• Expanded the English and Japanese manuals
