💠 a business directory in the form of a business card holder – once a room has been let to a new tenant, a business card for that company appears in the player’s business card holder
🔹 room floor areas have been added to the floor plans (which you select for the specific floors you are furnishing)
🔹new premium tenants (purple offers) appearing in assigned zones – these offers last a few days and expire, but come with very high rent – if you move to another floor and end the day there, these offers count that day towards their duration, and if they expire, a notification appears in the daily summary
🔹 a column showing the number of rooms let out of the total number of rooms on a given floor has been added to the daily summary
🔹 new achievements
🔹 tenants’ requirements now increase with each higher zone
🔹 new tenants for ‘Kitchen’ and ‘Entertainment’ room types
