Welcome, Underlings!
Today is a day of celebration, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with all of you. What started as a dream for just two developers, Mark and Lenny, the duo behind Dummy Dojo, is finally becoming a reality.
It’s been a long journey since we first announced the game on Kickstarter. There’s been plenty of sweat, late nights, and countless hours spent in front of the TV re-watching the 90s cartoons that defined our childhoods… but at long last, Underling Uprising is officially available!
Classic Action, Modern Style
We’ve packed this game with everything we love about the classic "beat 'em up" genre:
- Couch Co-op & Beyond: Play with up to three friends locally or jump online via Steam Remote Play.
- Creative Combat: Our combo system allows for massive creativity as you show minions and bosses who’s boss.
- Arsenal & Vehicles: Keep the fight fresh by jumping into vehicles or picking up temporary weapons scattered throughout the stages.
A Labor of Love
Underling Uprising is a deeply personal project. We wanted to capture a vibrant, animated look filled with the same sense of humor we grew up with. Each Underling features a unique combat style and distinct powers. And once you master all four main characters… you might just find a few hidden surprises waiting for you.
