⚔️ Pocket Legend Demo V1.10 Update

Pocket Legend : Inventory Roguelike Deckbuilder · published

Long time no see. I’m Siren.

It’s already been six months since our last demo update. Quite a lot has changed in Lumensia since then.

Combat, the events you encounter during your adventure, and even the equipment Blitz uses are all quite different from before.

This V1.10 Demo Update includes many of the systems and content we’ve been working on over the past six months.

If you’ve played the demo before, you might be surprised by just how much has changed.

Let me show you what’s new, one thing at a time.

🎲 Event System Overhaul — “Negotiation Mode” Added

The events you encounter during your adventure have been revamped.

Instead of simply choosing an option, the newly added Negotiation Mode can now use dice to determine how things turn out.

What will you choose? And where will that choice lead you?

You’ll have to find out for yourself.

Of course, making a good choice doesn’t always guarantee a good result.

That’s just how adventures are, right?

⚔️ Blitz Item Overhaul

Blitz’s items have also received a major overhaul.

  • 10 existing items changed

  • 10 new items added

With new effects and different ways to use them, you can now build your inventory in ways that weren’t possible before.

Even items you used all the time may feel a little different now, so take another look at them.

Finding new combinations should be part of the fun.

⛏️ New Way to Obtain Enhancement Stones — Mine Minigame Added

The way you obtain Enhancement Stones has changed too.

Now, when you discover a Mine during your adventure, you can earn Enhancement Stones by playing a mining minigame.

How much you manage to bring back depends on a little judgment… and a little luck.

If you want better equipment, sometimes you have to get your hands dirty.

🐾 Gogo Tutorial Added

A new Gogo Tutorial has been added.

If you’re playing Pocket Legend for the first time, you’ll be able to learn the basics of inventory placement and combat alongside Gogo.

Gogo may not remember a single thing,

but her companions Goetia and Rosetta will kindly explain everything for her.

Probably?

📖 New Gogo & Blitz Stories

This update also adds new stories for Gogo and Blitz.

In particular, you’ll finally get to discover what happened to Gogo.

The story of Lumensia is slowly beginning to reveal itself as well.

🏺 Relic Abilities Changed & Added

Several Relic abilities have been changed, and new effects have been added.

Some Relics can now be used in completely different ways, so if you had favorite combinations before, I recommend taking another look at them.

In battle, even one small Relic can make just as much of a difference as a powerful weapon.

✨ Item Potential Display

When looking at enhanced items, you can now see which Potential abilities have been applied and how many times.

This makes it easier to understand how an item has developed and plan your choices more carefully.

Choosing something that’s strong right now is important,

but seeing how it can develop matters too.

A fine sword isn’t complete from the very beginning, after all.

🔥 Ascension Mode Added

A new Ascension Mode has been added for players looking for a greater challenge.

As you clear the game repeatedly, you’ll be able to take on increasingly difficult conditions.

However, this is content intended for the full version, so it cannot be accessed in the current demo.

If you’re looking for tougher opponents,

I’ll be waiting for you in the full version.

🎮 Steam Deck Support

You can now play Pocket Legend on Steam Deck.

All you need is the left analog stick, the A button, and the trigger buttons!

We’ve made it possible to comfortably manage your inventory and continue your adventure on the go.

If you start playing in bed and suddenly realize it’s already dawn…

Well, I can’t take responsibility for that.

🔧 Bug Fixes & Other Improvements

We’ve fixed various bugs found in the previous demo and improved the overall convenience and stability of the game.

We’ve also touched up many smaller details that may not be immediately noticeable,

so returning players should find plenty of changes throughout the game.

Over the past six months, we’ve revisited, changed, added, and sometimes completely rebuilt many parts of Pocket Legend.

We still can’t show you everything Lumensia has to offer,

but I think this demo gives you a much better idea of where Pocket Legend is heading.

If you’ve played the demo before,

come and visit us again.

I’m sure you’ll discover plenty of things that have changed.

See you again in Lumensia.
