But how to get inside?
Well, I am not going to lock you out of this area until you get past all those main story quests. Things shall be as free as possible.
So, here we go.
I have an invitation?
Sure, you can have one by finishing all those main story quests so far.
But look, you don't really need an invitation.
All you need to do is just make people believe you have an invitation.
Alternatively, you can also try to convince people here that you can help them investigate the murder case, the very reason why this library is in lockdown.

And, of course, we have Italian flags just because we are in Italy.

1, The Inspect Skill has been enhanced! It now automatically brings out the data of <<The Guide of Monster Hunting>> if you have unlocked the entry of the enemy you are inspecting. They are no longer two separate systems but one that can help you find out the weakness of your enemy and make your tactical plans accordingly in real-time in a battle.
