This update makes weekday work sequences faster and easier to control, improves keyboard and gamepad support for weekly planning, and keeps the final message or call on screen until you confirm.
[Quality-of-Life Improvements]
Weekday Hold-to-Skip: From Monday through Friday, hold the Confirm button for one second to display dialogue instantly and advance it at 0.2-second intervals. Movement, character animations, screen fades, and date transitions play at 4Ă— speed, and return to normal as soon as you release the button.
Important Event Safeguard: Hold-to-Skip automatically stops before a special event begins so you do not miss its opening dialogue. Release the Confirm button and hold it again to resume skipping.
Message and Call Completion: The final message in text and phone events now remains on screen instead of closing automatically. Press Confirm once more after the event finishes to close it.

Weekly Schedule Controls: The Sunday planning screen can now be completed entirely with a keyboard or gamepad, including selecting work assignments, undoing the previous selection, starting the finished schedule, and confirming it.
