Sandbox mode — New Game → Campaign / Sandbox → farm level; sandbox starts with large cash ($999,999); flag saved so Continue/Load keep sandbox rules

Experimental "Modular building system" gated to sandbox — modular pieces only in sandbox for now; campaign still has prefabs and the rest of the game
