Added a text chat and the list of players in the lobby
FPS are now capped to 120, which should hopefully fix GPU issues
The skip bell now only counts alive players
Highlighting who's calling you when picking up the phone is now a game setting
Colorblind accessibility: Pressing [C] now shows the owner's name above each unit
