Since the 1.01.01 update, various server issues occurred over the past several hours, including server lag, Cube malfunctions, and login failures. These have now been resolved and service is back to normal.
* Cause of the recent server outage: Alongside the update, concurrent player connections surged beyond expected levels, and server scaling could not keep up, resulting in the outage.
We have fixed the problem through server-side measures, and we are preparing countermeasures against traffic surges to prevent this from happening again.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for failing to provide a stable service environment.
We will continue to improve our systems to ensure this does not happen again.
