Hi! Rumbral team here,

We are very grateful for all the feedback we have received from you.

We are working hard to improve Rumbral, and that is way we've released a quick patch that addresses some issues frequently mentioned in reviews and streams:

Character feeling and controls:

  • Character controls have been improved to make them more responsive; turning and jumping are now more precise and faster.

  • Limited aerial rotation of the character to reduce the floaty feeling.

  • A visual effect has also been added to the character's turning slide animation.

Factory Level:

  • We have noticed that many players get stucked on the deer chase section, so we have reduced slightly deer chasing speed and reduced some obstacle collisions in the way.
Also deer searching time has been increased to give players a larger escape window.

  • The dragging horns deer is now a bit easier to dodge, but could should still be challenging.

  • Added missing VFX to the deer.

  • Added missing SFX to the end of the level.

General & minor fixes:

  • Fixed some collisions that allow players to skip some puzzles.

  • Fixed visual elements that could confuse players in some puzzles.

  • Fixed collectable images resolution in collectables menu.

  • Minor bug fixes.

Thank you all for the support!!

Rumbral is still waiting for you.

Not in an overwhelming way, but through subtle details, quiet tension, low ambient tones, distant sounds, and moments where silence itself becomes part of the atmosphere. We wanted the audio to feel present without constantly demanding attention, something that slowly pulls you deeper into the world the longer you…Community12 May 2026What makes Rumbral differentRumbral was never meant to be just a game about solving puzzles and moving forward. From the beginning, the idea was to create an experience where gameplay, atmosphere, and storytelling all felt connected. The core mechanic revolves around shifting between past and present through the magenta pools, changing one reality to affect the other and slowly understanding how both worlds relate to each…
