This hotfix addresses issues with running mods and starting LUMI that occurred after the 1.3.0 update.
■ Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where mods would not run in some Windows environments after updating to 1.3.0.
- Fixed an issue where LUMI would not start in some environments where the Windows user folder path contained Korean or special characters.
- Fixed an issue where a loading error in some mods could also prevent unrelated mods from loading.
- Fixed an issue where mod startup preparation errors were incorrectly shown as requiring consent to run the mod's code.
