Added input buffering for abilities to make it less clunky to do successive casts
Added custom Cursor and a setting to disable if desired
Added frame limit setting
Updated art for final node and ending
Updated art for difficulty choice
Added feedback button to all screens

BALANCE

Frequent Client Rewards now needs 3 casts per free ability
Upgrade Now lower odds to 5%, bump letter forge odds to triple.
Passive Income increase coins from 2 to 3
Make the initial rounds of the final node easier
Make initial rounds on Wordsmith easier
Finn's finds now adds 5 points
Finn's Fortune now gives 2 coins directly instead of making pickups

Fix Frequent Client Rewards not working well with the energy rising challenge
Fix Shapeshifter pickup bundle generation
Fix Your Turn To Energize triggering at a different time than other similar effects
Fix the tooltip for feedback
