We sincerely apologize for the connection delays and various other inconveniences caused by server overload during the past month or so since launch.
We tried to respond to these issues as quickly as possible, but there were practical limitations given our current development resources.
As a token of our apology, we would like to provide compensation to all of our players.

Distribution will begin sequentially from Thursday, July 2 (KST).
The exact distribution time will be announced separately at a later date. Please understand that there may be slight differences in when each player receives their items.
- Eligible players: Those who signed up before July 1, 24:00 (KST) [July 1, 08:00 AM (PDT) / July 1, 4:00 PM (BST)]
- Please be sure to update to the latest version. If you do not update to the latest version, your sign-up data will not be registered on the server, and you will be excluded from the compensation.
- To receive your rewards properly, please complete the update to the latest version before July 1.
The costume rewards we previously promised have been delayed to sometime in July, as our development schedule was pushed back while addressing this server issue.
We apologize for not keeping our promise and will develop and update them as quickly as possible.
We are sharing previews of the two costumes currently in development along with this announcement. (These are still in development, and the designs may change by the time they are actually distributed.)
We are continuously improving our security to block cheaters and bots.
Permanent sanctions will continue to be enforced against offenders, so we kindly ask that you refrain from cheating to help maintain a healthy play environment.

■ Server Issue Compensation Distribution Notice - Day 1 compensation will be delivered to your mailbox in sequence following the update, scheduled for 2026.07.02, 16:00 (KST | Seoul) / 00:00 (PDT | San Francisco) / 08:00 (BST | London).
