This is Return Trip, the first episode of Slime Stories: little stories about the heroes and their questionable teamwork.
The argument is fictional; the skill behavior is real. The Lv4 Witch Doctor pulls enemies together, but they return to their original positions when the spell ends. Furnace might want to work on his timing. The gathering sequence is shown in labeled slow motion.
