Fixed:
- Passive Trace investigations no longer start too early or remain active because of unrelated files.
- Clearing all traces now correctly ends an active investigation before a fine is issued.
- Threat Monitor now updates correctly when an investigation is cleared.
- Bounce Relay now cleans up only its own root relay logs.
Please also note that passive trace can behave differently per computers, per company. It depends quite a bit on the NPCs that do investigation and their traits: diligent, loyal or curious NPCs work through investigation faster, and security aware NPCs spot logs or other suspicious data much better.
