We’ve been reading your feedback and working on some of the biggest issues affecting the game.
Fixed in previous updates, including last night’s hotfix:
🖥️ 3440×1440 / Ultrawide UI issues
📸 ID Photo / Visual Match giving unfair results
🥶 Mugshot & general game freezes
These fixes should make the game significantly more stable and fairer to play.
What we’re looking at next:
Some of these are things we’re still investigating, so we don’t want to promise fixes before we fully understand the cause:
👁️ Pupil inspection: currently too difficult to read visually
📻 Dispatch: investigating reports that some calls feel unfair or potentially buggy
⚖️ Punishments: looking at how penalties can amplify the impact of other mistakes
🔄 Repetitiveness: exploring ways to add more decision depth and variety
We’ll keep working through these issues and will share more as we have concrete changes to show.
