Show Runtime Control, Booking Fixes, Brand Improvements & World Editor Updates
- Choose each show's card time: Television episodes can now use a per-show runtime from 20 to 200 minutes without rewriting the signed Media Rights contract. The compact Booking slider turns green on the contracted time, yellow when short, and red when long.
- Network-time consequences: Players are free to run short or long, but television episodes that miss their contracted slot can receive a visible network runtime fee. Resetting to the signed slot remains one click away.
- Auto Book respects your runtime: Auto Book, Quick Fill, card validation, and the runtime meter now use the selected episode time. Longer cards expand to fill the target, repeated Auto Book passes recognize a changed target, and player-authored segment lengths are preserved.
- Cleaner Booking workspace: The card-time control now sits compactly in the Card / Segments header, the repeated show name was removed, and Tonight's Brief plus essential Cancel, Run Show, and Save actions fit more cleanly on Steam Deck and lower resolutions.
- Better Calendar show browser: The monthly Shows window now uses a responsive vertical agenda instead of an oversized horizontal card strip. It is easier to scan your shows and rival events without horizontal scrolling.
- Faster scheduled-show editing: Planned card time and automatic segment goals can be changed from the scheduled-show editor, with clear contract-time and estimated-fee guidance.
- Match finishes stay selected: Disqualification, Flash Pin, Feet on the Ropes, and other authored finishes now survive adding segments, reopening Card Builder, and moving between booking screens without being replaced or removed.
- General Managers appear correctly: Workers assigned General Manager as either a primary or additional role now appear in Company Hierarchy and can fill the GM position.
- No Injuries now means no new injuries: Setting Injury Rate to Off hard-disables new injuries from matches, backstage incidents, world events, and other simulation paths. Existing injuries remain and continue healing normally.
- World Data Health repaired across eras: Valid neutral-player and promotion-owner placeholders no longer create false Critical or Orphan findings in historical eras. Genuine broken references are still reported for creators to repair.
- Improved Brands & Draft screen: Brand management now has clearer roster-balance summaries for gender, card position, alignment, and champions, with faster access to worker profiles and more readable draft choices.
- Stronger brand identity: Brand colors can be customized directly, brand logos now carry into roster cards and worker profiles, and World Editor brand assignments stay synchronized when workers change companies.
- World Editor broadcast planning: World Editor now lets you set weekly-show runtimes, AI taping behavior, PPV runtimes, PPV brand scope, and promotion ownership/governance settings. Computer-run promotions can now save money by taping suitable television episodes together.
- Custom championship rules: Titles can require contender rankings, popularity, earned title shots, approved match types, defense windows, vacancy policies, and interim champions. Rules can warn the booker or strictly block an invalid title match.
- Free Agent card fix: Free Agent card backs now have enough room for their complete details, actions, and flip guidance without clipping at the bottom.
