But for now let's talk of what we already announced is coming with the Major Development Update ✅
The contract system has been greatly expanded with new job types that allow you to experience more stages of the construction process than ever before.
For example, deconstruction contracts can provide valuable resources that can be used in new types of construction projects, creating a natural flow between demolition, rebuilding, and completing new structures. We want your progression tio be as smoot as possible, for the mechanics to be part of a whole rather than completely new world we can't wait for you to try it out!
🏠 Build Modular Houses & Create Prefabricated Elements
A brand-new construction system is coming!
You will be able to create prefabricated building elements and use them to assemble modular houses according to contract requirements. Produce the necessary parts, transport them to the construction site, and complete projects step by step.
New Roof System & Detailed Deconstruction🔨
Roofs are getting a complete overhaul!
Old roof models are being replaced with new variants, including roofs that can be dismantled piece by piece. Take apart structures more precisely and recover valuable materials along the way.
New Building Tasks & Decoration 🛋️

New tasks will challenge you to complete interiors and finish buildings by placing furniture, decorations, walls, doors, windows, and other elements exactly where they belong.
New Machines & Production Pipeline 🚜
Got to town with new heavy equipment!
Use the new crane and prefabricator to create building modules, move them onto trucks, and deliver them directly to your construction projects.
Recover New Construction Materials♻️
Deconstruct to construct!
You will be able to recover new materials such as OSB boards, tiles, and other building elements directly from structures. These resources can then be reused in future projects and contracts.
Expanded Production Facilities 🏭
Your workplace is growing!
A new production hall is being added for manufacturing prefabricated elements, while the existing facility is being expanded with more space and improved functionality. You can now go outside and explore your growing company!
