Hello, everyone! This update focuses on combat performance, skill behavior, and overall stability, delivering a smoother experience when large numbers of enemies and projectiles are on screen at the same time.

## Large-Scale Enemy Performance

- Significantly optimized enemy AI, movement, separation, and target searching when large groups of enemies are active.

- Improved enemy spawning and object reuse to reduce processing overhead during extended battles.

- Optimized damage-over-time updates, reducing the cost of applying skill effects to many enemies simultaneously.

- Enemy spawning now adjusts its per-frame workload based on current game performance, reducing sudden stutters caused by large spawn batches. Total enemy counts, enemy strength, drops, and Boss appearances are unaffected.

- Fixed periodic background checks that could cause brief, recurring pauses during gameplay.

- Retested the complete game flow and Boss battles, including pausing, damage-over-time effects, enemy deaths, and respawning.

## Combat Improvements

- Improved skill activation and cooldown scheduling, reducing irregular pauses during extended battles.

- Optimized performance when large enemy groups, damage-over-time effects, and area hazards are active simultaneously.

- Multi-projectile homing skills now distribute targets by distance. When there are more projectiles than enemies, targeting cycles again from the nearest enemy.

- Improved calculation consistency for skill damage, critical hits, elemental bonuses, and various Buffs.

## Damage Display

- Similar damage dealt by the same skill to the same enemy within a short period is now combined, reducing screen obstruction from excessive damage numbers.

- Normal hits, critical hits, different elements, different skills, and terrain damage are still displayed separately.

- Optimized sorting and data processing on the damage statistics screen.

## Skill and Visual Effect Fixes

- Fixed cases where the visual size of certain projectiles and terrain skills did not match their actual collision area.

- Fixed unstable sizing when certain progressively enlarging skills were reused from the object pool.

- Fixed incorrect split-projectile sizes for Rolling Rock, Snow Ball, and Flesh Missile.

- Improved the formation of multiple Lightning Bolts around the player character.

- Fixed calculation and display issues affecting certain skills at high levels or with multiple projectiles and damage-over-time effects.

## Stages and Game Flow

- Reworked stage phases, game-time handling, and Boss flow to improve stability during longer sessions.

- Improved consistency in stage transitions, low-intensity phases, enemy spawning, and Boss appearance timing.

- Endless Mode now continues to spawn regular Bosses correctly and will no longer spawn the final Boss by mistake.

- Improved game-state handling while paused, selecting skills, receiving magic upgrades, or evolving a character. Game time and skill behavior now resume from the correct state.

- Improved result processing when winning, dying, abandoning a run, returning, or exiting, preventing duplicate result screens, rewards, and record updates.

## Stability

- Improved the stability of skill object reuse, target selection, and damage tracking.

- Completed object-pool improvements for enemies, skills, visual effects, drops, statues, indicators, and animations, reducing repeated object creation and search costs.

- Large quantities of uncollected experience gems are now combined by area while preserving the correct total experience value.

- Fixed duplicate pool returns and lingering Trail states when Poison Squirt objects were reused.

- Improved cleanup after defeating the final Boss, preventing overlapping contact damage from continuing to hurt the player.

- Fixed multiple issues that could cause brief combat stutters or inconsistent skill behavior.

- Improved overall stability for complete runs and extended Endless Mode sessions.
