We have confirmed a bug where, after achieving the record "Play 1 match on the BP-Variable Channel" the record for "Play 2-5 matches on the BP-Variable Channel" is not unlocked.
The number of matches played is recorded correctly, so we plan to fix this in the next maintenance so that the record will be unlocked and you can receive the rewards properly.
