yoo, quick lil patch for yall today

Added 5 new jokes for skeeter

Finished the new depth maps for the Arctic map (some serious sinkholes to be found)

Fixed a bug where bait and monsters were unable to path on the Arctic map

Fixed various terrain issues on the Arctic map

Fixed a bug where the intro cutscene on the Arctic map was bugged out

Fixed a bug where the boat would sometimes not spawn on the canyon map

Few other various fixes I never wrote down
