Fixed the in-game time incorrectly appearing as "Paused" in the top HUD after leaving the stadium.
Rio: Fixed the camera pointing at the stadium instead of the destination when travelling to Tijuca via the Tactical Map.
Rio: Fixed an issue where only two districts could be selected on the Tactical Map.
Rio & Berlin: Fixed grid layouts where world objects were placed without proper tile markings underneath.
Berlin: Fixed minimap navigation not matching the 3D map.
Berlin: Fixed crowd icons on the minimap not following the actual crowd location.
