Update 0.8.5 — Broadcast Race Camera and Reliable Race Finishes

Turbo Era Boss Update 0.8.5 improves how races look, how you follow the action and how reliably they reach the finish.

RACE PRESENTATION

A new broadcast-style race camera has been added. Click any point on the circuit map to focus the camera there, or follow any running car rather than being limited to your own drivers.

All 16 circuit layouts have been upgraded with richer scenery, including grandstands, crowds, buildings, trees, barriers, kerbs and more detailed track surfaces.

Rain presentation has been improved with screen-space rain and reduced-motion support. Wet-weather tyre spray is now visible, mechanical-failure smoke has been improved, exhaust effects linger more naturally and rubber build-up has been refined for a smoother appearance.

RACE FLOW

We fixed an issue where a race could remain unfinished after playback ended, sometimes leaving the leader one lap from the finish. Race completion now correctly catches up with the authoritative race simulation after both normal and skipped playback.

This update focuses on a more convincing broadcast presentation and a more reliable race finish without changing the core performance balance.
